The DXH-220 automatic box-filling machine is a continuous type with high operation efficiency. It is a high-tech product integrating mechanical and electronic components. It is suitable for packaging items such as aluminum-plastic composite plates of medicines, medicine bottles, cosmetics, daily necessities, hardware and electrical appliances, playing cards, etc., as well as similar products. It can automatically complete tasks such as folding the instructions, opening the paper box, filling the items, printing the batch number, and sealing the box.
This machine is controlled by PLC and is monitored by photoelectric sensors for each part’s operation. In case of any abnormalities during operation, it can automatically stop and display the reason to facilitate timely troubleshooting. This machine can be used independently or be connected with pillow-type packaging machines and other equipment to form a complete production line.
